Frequently asked questions
How does the Up-Trade programme work?
We take care of collecting your old VanMoof and register the bike for the Up-Trade programme. We then deliver your new S6 from stock. The programme runs from 1 October to 30 November 2026.
Can I trade in my older VanMoof too?
Yes. Do you have an S3 or X3 in top condition, or an older model such as the S1, X1, S2 or X2? Through Moof Care's tailor-made programme you can trade those in for a new S6 too.
Can I try the S6 first?
Yes, you can book a test ride in Rotterdam or Breda. You can try the S6 open too.
What if something isn't right after delivery?
We carry out a complete check on every delivery as standard. Any warranty claims we resolve for you straight away.
